Joe Piciucco
PRESIDENT
After 10 years working in Architectural firms, Joe noticed a void in relationships and communications between Architects and Contractors. He felt a need to develop a professional general construction company that could communicate efficiently with architects as well as business owners. This was the beginning of a full-service general construction firm that could develop specialties in restaurant, retail, office and medical construction.
Joe is the President of Unique Development and has built a reputation for delivering quality products over 3 decades, with countless repeat customers they accumulated through the years. All of Unique’s relationships have been built on honesty and trust: The core of the Unique Construction business model.
Dan Piciucco
VICE PRESIDENT
Drawing on a strong foundation in Global Supply Chain Management, purchasing, and business administration, Dan brings invaluable expertise to the Unique Construction team. Motivated by his dedication to family and the opportunity to grow Unique alongside his father, Joe, Dan joined the company in 2021. Dan is known for implementing organized, efficient processes that ensure the company’s growth while preserving Unique’s welcoming “family business” atmosphere.
Natalie Greathouse
PROJECT MANAGER
Natalie comes to the team with her own unique background. As a Project Manager, Natalie is comfortable in a role requiring her to wear many hats. Formerly a teacher and reading specialist, Natalie decided to pursue her true dream of design in 2020 by starting her own company. This quickly transformed into managing mid to large-scale remodels, both at the residential and commercial level. Natalie realized that managing projects was her niche and joined the Unique Development team in 2025. Natalie has been focusing on design-build projects and bringing client dreams to life.
Luke Condon
PROJECT FIELD MANAGER
Luke is an accomplished Construction Project Manager with 12 years of experience overseeing large-scale commercial projects for a leading mall developer, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, negotiating with subcontractors, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. With a proven track record of delivering high-profile retail complexes on time and within budget, Luke specializes in managing all phases of construction from pre-development planning to final handover.
Ericka Milburn
SUBCONTRACTOR RELATIONS AND FINANCIAL MANAGER
With previous experience at F&B, Ericka joined the Unique Construction team in 2025. Her experience in estimating, project management, and accounting is essential to the team.
Mike Metcalf
SUPERINTENDENT
With over 40 years in the construction field, Mike joined the Unique Construction team in 2022 and stepped into the Superintendent role to oversee all Unique projects. His construction career started as a young boy working alongside his father, which allowed him to learn every aspect of construction.
